Dak Prescott played quarterback for the Mississippi State Bulldogs. He threw 70 touchdowns over his college career, he also threw for 9,376 yards, and 23 interceptions. Dak was also a prolific runner in college where he ran for 2,521 yards and 41 TDs.
Despite these spectacular numbers Dak was only chosen in the fourth round as the 135th overall pick by the Dallas Cowboys. Because of an injury to Tony Romo; Dak is now their starter until Romo gets healthy. Yesterday, September 11, 2016, Dak started his first game and did relatively well throwing for 227 yards, but not good enough as his team lost to the Giants 19-20.
