Clemson is ranked Number One in the 2016 Way-too-Early Poll by www.sbnation.com. Things will change before the seasons starts. We think, however, that Clemson will be ranked number one and will hold that position until and if they lose.

Clemson’s number one ranking is logical. Their starting QB and Heisman trophy candidate Deshaun Watson as well as all of their key starters are returning.

According to SB Nation, though, things actually will not change too much and the Way-too-Early Poll is actually quite accurate. Unexpected injuries can change this poll before the first football of 2016 is kicked, but not too much else will change.
