Aaron Gibson at one point weighed 440 pounds, albeit that was in high school. Records on weight are not that well-kept. He started at right tackle for the Wisconsin Badgers his junior and senior years. He was a consensus All-American his senior year.

Aaron Gibson’s senior year his Badgers went 11-1 and he was opening holes for Ron Dayne who set school records for rushing. Ron Dayne rushed for 1,525 in 1998 while Gibson was blocking for him.

Gibson was measured as 6’7” and 386 pounds at the NFL combine. He was drafted by the Detroit Lion as the 27th overall pick. He played in the NFL for six years, but injuries would limit his career. He only had one season where he started and played all 16 games.
