Christian McCaffrey, the sophomore RB for the Standford Cardinal, is our pick for the third best Heisman Candidate. Coleman has led his #8 Stanford team to a 6-1 record heading into week nine of the College Football season.

McCaffrey has 953 yards rushing for a 6.2 yards per carry average and 6 rushing TDs; but, he is also versatile on the receiving end with 284 yards receiving and two TDs. If he could kick it up a notch, he could win the Heisman: versatility can separate one from this year’s crowd of running backs.
