Wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson from USC was the first pick of the 1996 NFL Draft. Keyshawn was drafted by the New York Jets.

Keyshawn attended West Los Angeles College for his first two years in college and then played two more years for the Trojans under John Robinson. Over his USC career he caught 102 passes for 2,796 yards and 16 touchdowns. In 1995 he was a consensus All-American.

The Jets drafted Keyshawn as the first overall pick of the 1996 NFL draft, but he would only play four years for the Jets. In his eleven year career he would also play for Tampa Bay, Dallas, and Carolina.

He was selected to the Pro Bowl three times in his career and was a Super Bowl champion (XXXVII). He finished his career catching 814 passes for 10,571 yards and he scored 64 TDs.
